This Referral Partner Program (“Program”) is offered by Legacy Peptide Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Participation in this Program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Referral Partner,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Program Purpose
The Referral Partner Program is designed to allow approved partners to refer customers to Legacy Peptide Labs. Referral Partners may earn referral compensation for qualified purchases made by customers they introduce to the Company, subject to approval and compliance with these Terms.
2. Research Use Only Disclaimer
All products sold by Legacy Peptide Labs are for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Referral Partners agree that they will not:
- Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims
- Represent products as treatments, cures, or preventative measures
- Provide dosing, usage, or administration guidance
- Suggest products are intended for personal consumption
Any violation of this section will result in immediate termination from the Program.
3. Referral Partner Conduct
Referral Partners must conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresentation of the Company or its products
- Use of misleading, deceptive, or unapproved marketing language
- Use of paid advertising without written approval
- Promotion through spam, unsolicited messaging, or prohibited platforms
- Use of Company branding without permission
The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the Program at any time, with or without notice.
4. Approval & Participation
- All Referral Partner applications are subject to review and approval.
- Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Approval does not guarantee continued participation.
Legacy Peptide Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Referral Partner account for noncompliance, inactivity, or business discretion.
5. Referral Tracking & Eligibility
Referral tracking is handled through Company-approved links, codes, or systems. Only qualified, completed, and approved purchases are eligible for referral compensation.
The Company is not responsible for tracking issues caused by:
- Browser settings
- Disabled cookies
- User error
- Third-party software interference
6. Referral Compensation
- Referral compensation rates are determined by the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
- Compensation is calculated only on eligible product purchases and excludes taxes, shipping, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Referral compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to review.
All compensation is issued manually, and Referral Partners are responsible for any tax obligations associated with earnings.
7. Payments
Referral compensation is paid using methods determined by the Company. The Company does not guarantee payment schedules and may withhold payments for compliance review, fraud prevention, or policy violations.
8. Confidentiality
Referral Partners may receive access to confidential or proprietary information. You agree not to disclose, share, or misuse any confidential information obtained through participation in the Program.
9. Independent Relationship
Referral Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Referral Partners are not authorized to bind the Company in any manner.
10. Modification & Termination
Legacy Peptide Labs reserves the right to:
- Modify these Terms at any time
- Suspend or terminate the Program
- Remove any Referral Partner without prior notice
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Legacy Peptide Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits or referral opportunities.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Legacy Peptide Labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the Referral Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
