All products sold by Legacy Peptide Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not approved for human or veterinary use, clinical application, diagnosis, or consumption of any kind.

1. Product Use & Final Sale Notice

All products sold by Legacy Peptide Labs are intended for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Due to the nature of our products, quality control standards, and regulatory considerations, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped, except as specifically outlined below.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering errors
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Misuse or misunderstanding of product application
  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier (see Section 6)

2. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately upon submission.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to orders@LegacyPeptideLabs.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

3. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged during transit
  • Missing from your shipment

You must notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation.

To initiate a review, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the shipping box (including label)
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Clear description of the issue

Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can promptly review and resolve the matter.

4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Legacy Peptide Labs is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned due to address error
  • Refused deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to customer address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

5. Carrier Responsibility & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped via trackable carriers.

Under Texas law, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Legacy Peptide Labs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather delays
  • Carrier operational disruptions
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

6. Packages Marked “Delivered” by Carrier

If tracking indicates that a package has been marked Delivered, this confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.

If you believe your delivered package is missing, you must:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, porch, side door, leasing office, neighbors, etc.).
  3. Contact the carrier directly within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a trace or investigation.
  4. Provide us with the carrier claim or trace number.

Legacy Peptide Labs may assist by providing shipping documentation; however:

Refunds or replacements will not be issued solely because a package is reported missing after being marked Delivered by the carrier, unless the carrier formally confirms misdelivery or loss.

Unsupported claims may be denied.

7. Refused or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or abandoned, and returned in sellable condition, a refund may be issued at our discretion minus:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fee (if applicable)

Products that are opened, tampered with, or not returned in original condition will not be eligible for refund.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact Legacy Peptide Labs directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating a payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered abuse of our refund process.

We reserve the right to provide order documentation, delivery confirmation, IP address records, checkout acknowledgment, and customer communications to the issuing bank in response to disputes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law:

Legacy Peptide Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy and all purchases shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases from Legacy Peptide Labs shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

11. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
